Entrepreneur and researcher. Álvaro is the Founder of HR Analytics Lab, an international consultancy company, and PhD student at the University of Murcia.
In the scientific field, his main lines of research are focused on digital transformation and HRM. He has published in international journals such as European Journal of Innovation Management and International Journal of Manpower, among others. He has presented his research in national and international scientific conferences. In adittion, he won the Best Paper Award of AJICEDE 2020 and he was Visiting Scholar at University of Turin.

Adecco is the world's leading workforce solutions company, offering temporary staffing, permanent placement and outsourcing across all sectors. During my time in Adecco Spain, I worked for two key customers, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and Capgemini Spain as HRBP for around 200 employees.
Key accomplishments:
Significant Recruitment efforts, key focus on IT, programmers, BI, loT and Cybersecurity, call centers across multiple cities in Spain as well as middle management.
Increase employer branding through employment forums, job advertising and
HR Marketing.
Coordination of learning and performance management initiatives as well as employee opinion surveys actions, share of 91.3%.

ADECCO, HR Consultant - Madrid, SpainConsultant

LIDL is the German global discount supermarket chain, operating in over 10,000 stores across Europe and the United States. I worked in the logistics platform that managed over 1,000 employees across Murcia, Albacete, Almeria and Alicante.
Key accomplishments:
Talent Acquisitions, recruitment of logistics and sales profiles, group assessments and reporting.
SEF Training project, training logistics professionals through theory and practical courses.
Creation of skills assessment tools for internship performance and selection process.

Ferrovial is a Spanish multinational company involved in the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure and urban services.
Key accomplishments:
Payroll management for over 1,200 employees, following all local regulations and requirements.
Monitoring collective agreement and all the contractual administration to ensure compliance.
